Common Uses: Wet suits, waders, insulated can holders, sports gloves, mouse pads, pet collars, elbow and knee pads, orthopedic braces, tack gear. Neoprene production includes rubber foaming, embossing, slicing, and fabric manufacturing and lamination.

1. CR Rubber sponge: Chloroprene Rubber (Neoprene)

• Structure: Foamed rubber sponge with closed cell structures.
• Features: Soft, waterproof, good hermetic seal, adhesive force, heat preservation, high strength, and resistance to seawater, chemicals, and fire.
• Application: Suitable for diving and surfing suits, water sports, fishing boots, computer bags, and advanced medical protection equipment.

2. CR/SBR rubber sponge

This series combines SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) and CR, producing several grades of products for a wide range of applications.

• Features: Excellent cell structure with shock-absorption and heat preservation. Categorized into WS-2, WS-2S and WS-2H according to hardness.
• Application: Suitable for shoes, fishing boots, horse blankets, medical care and sport protection accessories.

Laminates & Fabric: Nylon, Polyester, Lycra, Medical Plush, Terry, Fleece, Super stretch, Spandex, UBL (V-Loop), Printed Patterns, etc.

Thickness & Colors: 1mm to 10mm or slice based on request. Standard colors include Black and Cream White.

Surfaces: Standard surface, sharkskin/embossed, smooth skin, etc.

Perforated: Available before or after lamination. Ideal for breathable medical braces.
