A: The MOQ depends on requirements for color, size, and material. Usually, it is 100 sets for ready designs.
Q: How can I get some samples?
A: We offer free samples, but clients cover courier costs. This charge is deducted from the final order payment.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment, or L/C at sight. We also support Trade Assurance.
Q: Can you provide ODM / OEM service?
A: Yes, we work on ODM and OEM orders. Size, material, quantity, design, and packing will depend on your specific requests.
Q: How do you handle shipping?
A: We can arrange various shipping methods. For samples, you can arrange a remote pick-up (RPI) via FedEx, DHL, or TNT.
