Customizable Color Prepainted Steel Sheets From China Factory

Color-coated coils are based on hot-dip galvanized sheet, electro-galvanized sheet, etc. After surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), one or several layers of organic coatings are applied on the surface, followed by a curing process by baking. These are commonly referred to as color steel coils.

1. Horizontal Packaging: Conventional factory packaging with moisture-proof paper and iron sleeves. Inner diameter: 508/610mm.

2. Vertical Packaging: Firm and secure for transport, effectively avoiding roll collapse and ensuring the product arrives without scars.
